Elizabeth Veldon is mostly known for the abrasive lengthy drone compositions and minimalistic pieces that are usually titled with sprawling thought provoking sentences of meaning. All that experimental comfort has been removed from this release and only the spoken words remains. To The Lovers, Farewell in their usual state explore the depths of harsh noise, varied harsh electronics and purely screamed rants of improv. For this release I take control of strings and pianos. Doesn't that seem punk to you?
